"The manager, JaTelle, deserves a raise yall. She went above and beyond for me tonight even with all the obstacles she encountered along the way. She was so so polite and very friendly! Her driver had an emergency and when I called to check on the status as I noticed it was taking a little longer than usual (this store is generally pretty quick), she informed me of the situation to which I completely understood because stuff happens. You can't control everything and we need to be a lot nicer to people in the food industry/companies in general. They're doing their best. She then told me she'd be bringing me my food herself and showed up super quick! JaTelle, if you see this, thanks so much!"
